	Georox Resources is a Canadian natural resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas properties in Western Canada. The Company first acquired its oil and gas property on June 26, 2009 in the Gift Lake area. On September 28, 2009 the Company signed a farm-out agreement for a fifteen per-cent interest, with a purchase price of $650,000.
