The Company first acquired its oil and gas property on June 26, 2009 in the Gift Lake area. On September 28, 2009 the Company signed a farm-out agreement for a fifteen per-cent interest, with a purchase price of $650,000. The farm-out lands are located in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. |
