Georox Announces Graduation From Tier 2 To Tier 1 Of The TSX Venture Exchange

Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, September 6th, 2012: Georox Resources Inc. ("Georox" or the "Corporation") (GXR:TSX-V; OF6A:FRA) is pleased to announce that the Corporation has met the requirements to Tier 1 on the TSX Venture Exchange effective September 7, 2012. Tier 1 is reserved for the most advanced issuers with the most significant financial resources on the TSX Venture Exchange.
